2 large handfuls of Green leaves - I like Spinach and Kale
1" piece Ginger root - grated if using nutri bullet
1 large Apple - I like pink ladies for sweetness
2 celery stalks
That's the basic recipe, you could add pinch of turmeric or anything you fancy!
A note onturmeric - have been reading a lot on health benefits of turmeric so willdo a post on that soon.
