Happy Sleep Habits

Good Sleep habits = Happy


Try to shutdown devices an hour before you plan on going to sleep.

TREAT yourself to this downtime as often as you can.  You will reap the rewards.

Tiredness and stress can lead to sugar cravings. Snacking  on sugar dense foods is not treating yourself at all!!!

Some suggestions for a good bedtime routine:

Avoid confrontations and stress

Listen to mellow music

Do some stretching

Eat magnesium rich foods (at least 2 hours before sleeping) as these help the body sleep. These include broccoli, spinach, nuts and whole grains.

Try some herbal teas, these are my favourites and are a real TREAT before bedtime.



Read a few pages of a good book and....
off to sleep, nighty night
