Happy New Year from The Happy Club

Monday Jan 4th 2016
Officially day one of The Happy Club blog
Craving some wholesome food and greens in particular after the excesses of Christmas and New Year.

Dinner preparation - steamed broccoli, carrots and asparagus

Then stir fried some shredded cabbage in sesame oil with garlic and chilli

Some salmon wrapped in Parma ham
